25.01.2022 The Sale City Football Netball Club Annual General Meeting will be held at the Stephenson Park Clubrooms on Wednesday 18 November at 7.00pm. All current and new members are very welcome to attend. Standard COVID safety protocols will be in place for attendees. If numbers exceed 20, the meeting will be conducted on the front deck. All committee positions will be declared vacant and the new committee re-elected for the 2021 season. We are looking for some new faces on the commi...ttee in 2021, so, if you have the slightest interest in becoming a part of our friendly and proactive committee, please don’t hesitate to come along. If you are unable to attend and wish to nominate for any of the following positions, please contact the current Secretary, Wayne Macgregor-Davies on 0400136708 to lodge your nomination. The following positions will be open for nominations: President Vice-President Treasurer Secretary Football Director Netball Director Junior Director Sponsorship Director General Committee positions (as many as possible) Portfolios available for general committee members: Social Director and Sub-Committee (as many as possible to help run the club social calendar) Website Manager Assistants to the Secretary and Treasurer Canteen Manager (paid position negotiable) Bar Manager (paid position negotiable) Anyone interested in becoming a Club Trainer/Strapper (club will pay for your training) and Senior, Reserves and U18s Team Managers Kitchen helpers for Thursday night training meals If anyone has a nomination for Life Membership, please contact the Secretary for the nomination form which will be tabled at the AGM for voting.

Jacko has great experience as a trainer and is such a valuable asset to our club. He is a fantastic clubman being a past recipient of ‘clubman of the year’ and takes great pride in looking after all our footballers and netballers. ... 19.01.2022 Vale Don Schuback. A local icon has passed away at the well earned age of 95. Donny will always hold a special place in all our hearts. His infectious smile and love of a laugh will always be remembered. Don was successful in business and in life, he and his late wife Kath raised an amazing family that all mean so much us at Sale City Football Netball Club. We send out our love to the Schuback Family at this sad time.

19.01.2022 Hi everyone, for those unaware, the Junior club kicked off its season last weekend. It was great to see the kids out enjoying some sports again. One thing would be even better, and that would be to see some of the senior club members and players out supporting our juniors, and in particular this Friday Night 17 July 20. It all kicks off with Auskick from 5 - 6pm, followed by U16s starting at 6.30pm under lights. There will be a BBQ running with softies for sale. The new score...board will be in use and will look great at night. Come and take look for yourself. Of course, appropriate COVID social distancing measures will be required and supporters cannot go onto the oval during the breaks or into the changerooms, but that doesnt stop you cheering your loudest for our kids! Lets give our kids some encouragement and support them this week!! Go Bulldogs!!
