24.01.2022 **COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS AND UPDATES** The announcement of new cases in Melbourne is a stark reminder to us as a Club that we have to continue to be vigilant and not rush head-long into easing the current restrictions we have in place for the safety of our Members, guests and staff. Melbourne Metropolitan Golf Clubs have now confirmed cases of infections and are taking additional new stronger measures to reduce the risks to their Club’s and their Members. If you have played at ...any other Melbourne or Sydney Club since 24 December we urge you to get tested and not attend at the Club until your results have been received. Members who have travelled interstate in the last two weeks are urged to get tested and isolate until results are given, do not visit the golf club if you are waiting for results. It is important that we continue to follow all current Club health regulations to ensure that an outbreak does not occur at our Club. Our current health and safety measures will remain in place for the foreseeable future. Thank you, Sale Golf Club Committee.

23.01.2022 We had a couple of teams play the Traralgon Plate today. The course was in amazing condition. Congratulations to our boys Harry, Herb, Jockey and Snap who won on a count back for overall team victory over the other Sale team and Traralgon 2. There also were some individual winners on the day!!!

22.01.2022 Sale Golf Club supporting a group of Golfers raising money for The Cancer Council. They played 72 holes of golf in thirteen and a half hours.... Well done to Andy Tablas Craig Young Ben Russ James Stevens Matthew Fahy Simon Kuizenga Brett Schoemaekers. It was good to see people raising money for a great cause, Well done.

17.01.2022 Great day for the ladies to tackle the Foursomes Championships today. Winners Jo Ballinger and Angela Todd had 91. Handicap winners were Robyn Quirk and Kay Bedggood with 71 nett. The 9 hole comp was won by Emmy Van Berkel.

14.01.2022 We had 106 players for todays Stableford Comp. There were also 32 birdies recorded with several players having multiples. The course is in great condition thanks to the Staff and Volunteers.

10.01.2022 Great day of golf today. The course was in fantastic condition for the Masters Final. The Masters was won by Peter Hulland with 66 nett. Jack Hurst Memorial winner and 2021 Masters qualifier was Gerard Callinan with 65 nett. Ladies Medal of Medals winner was Angela Todd with 77 nett, while Medal winner and 2021 qualifier was Karin Manze with 75 nett.
