I chose the snack attack challenge, I did ok but could have done better I managed to stay the same weight so a turtle it was for me so at least I didn't put on. I hope everyone is staying motivated, I know it's hard at the moment but maybe it's something we can focus on other that Covid - keep going you can do it and stay safe

18.01.2022 Some things to help you stay on track while not being able to attend meetings: 1. Keep on tracking 2. Buddy up with someone online through messenger, email, SMS etc and keep each other accountable. 3. Lets stay connected and check in with each other right here. ... 4. If youre not too shy make it public and commit online 5. Celebrate any success big or small, we want to know! It will help keep us all motivated to see others doing well. Tracie
16.01.2022 Hi everyone I apologize for not posting anything for so so long but I had found I didnt have the time to post On my walk home from work tonight and after a couple of phone calls from members at TOWN stating that we will not be holding meetings over the next 4 weeks it got me thinking about how everyone might be feeling and how to help a little. The first thing I thought was posting here so some members can still feel connected, our group is a really friendly, reliable and ...positive group and I know I for one will miss not weighing in and attending the meetings for 4 weeks. I will try and post here often in the coming weeks so we can stay connected and accountable and if anyone has any ideas as to how we can stay accountable and keep either losing weight or keeping it off while not attending meetings please feel free to post it here. I hope everyone stays on track and most of all you all stay well during this difficult time. Tracie See more

15.01.2022 Tonight we had Heather from A Better Life For Foster Kids talk to us about the work they do for Foster children in and around our area, it was very interesting and informative as well as heartbreaking and the statistics were mind blowing. Sale TOWN club were very proud to present Heather with a cheque for $500, Heather had no idea that she was going to be presented with a cheque and was genuinely surprised and grateful. This was another moment where I know we all felt proud to be part of such a fantastic group of people.

06.01.2022 Well our AGM went well last night with all positions filled. A big thankyou to those who have stepped up and filled roles and those who were re nominated and accepted to take on their positions for another year. Maria and Merilyn stepped down from their positions and all members thanked them for the contributions they had both made over the last 4 years, they both went above and beyond! I also want to take this opportunity to say how fantastic our bunch of TOWNIES are and I believe we are one of the most wonderfully supportive groups there is and I love being a part of that. Tracie

01.01.2022 Celebrated Christmas in July with most of the lovely ladies from Sale TOWN club. Thank you to Sue, Kim, Wendy and Mel for the awesome meal and the decorating. Was a fun night and Mr KrisKringle did well
