25.01.2022 Good morning everyone. Dawn Service was inspiring. A quick head count of attendees came out at 450+. What an amazing turn out from the community. Hope you can make it down at 7.30 am for the 8 am service.

19.01.2022 The June meeting of the Salisbury RSL Sub Branch will be held at the Salisbury Community Sports Club on Sunday 17 June 2018. All interested persons are welcome to attend.

18.01.2022 We hope to see you at the Moreton Community Group Showcase this Friday morning from 10am - 12 noon at Wellers Hill Bowls Club, Esher St, Tarragindi. We will have lots of information about the RSL and our support of veterans. We are grateful to Federal Member for Moreton, Graham Perrett MP for the offer to participate in this new community event.

12.01.2022 Hello again. What a great march and service at 8.00 am this morning. Thank you to all the schools for making the effort. Moorooka Community Choir joined the march for the first time and then did some wonderful singing during the service. We all hope they make this a permanent part of their calendar of events. Thank you Moorooka Lions for a wonderful breakfast.... And last but not least, thank you to everyone that helped set up and pack up.

11.01.2022 Members of Salisbury RSL will be at Bunnings Rocklea on Sunday - Wednesday and Salisbury Pharmacy on Tuesday - Wednesday. Badges are $ 5 each with all the money going to the Salisbury RSL. 9 am onwards. Stop and have a chat, even if you do not buy a badge.



11.01.2022 Please come and commemorate Remembrance Day with us at Salisbury RSL Memorial Park, located at Industries Rd, Salisbury. This year marks the Centenary of the Armistice - the end of WW1. Our service commences at 10.30am and we expect that it will conclude at approximately 11.30am. There will be a barbeque following the service and music. Our bugler will be Col Jones who is always stirring. We hope you can join us for this important community event. Lest We Forget.

11.01.2022 Congratulations to three of our members Mr Keith Williams (Secretary), Mr Alex Garlin (Vice President) and Mr Lloyd Statham on their receipt of a Quilt of Valour in recognition of their service. Ms Vicki Venables from QOV presented the quilts. President of Salisbury RSL, Mr Tony Stevenson announced the awards at the Salisbury RSL Christmas luncheon.

10.01.2022 Salisbury RSL Memorial Park is located at Industries Rd, Salisbury. Salisbury is approximately nine kilometres south of the Brisbane, CBD in Queensland, Australia. It is a beautiful park. Please come, bring your family and friends and enjoy it.

10.01.2022 This Saturday 26 May from 11am our members will be participating in "Bob's Fundraiser" being held at the Salisbury Community Sports Club. We would like to encourage all members of the community to come down and enjoy the festivities, then give generously to help a local veteran through his difficult time. The flyer attached has additional information.

10.01.2022 All members of the community are invited to attend our Anzac Day Services. The Dawn Service will commence at 5am, so please arrive at 4.45am. The Morning Service will commence at 8am, so please arrive at 7.45am. Both ANZAC Day services will be held at the Salisbury RSL Memorial Park, Industries Rd, Salisbury. The sub branch will be operating under a COVID Safe Plan for the event. Lest We Forget
