Independent Institute of Food Processing (IIFP) incorporating Café 91 on John Street and the Business Hub What a transformation this local business and Registered Training Provider has undergone. The $2M reinvigoration investment and rebuild of the site builds on the initial $2M purchase and renovation price. With the newly completed AgriFood Skills Centre and Business & Career Hub housing Commercial kitchens, Bakery, Meat Value adding, Smallgoods area, Testing/training Laboratory, Training and Meeting rooms and function area with a main street alfresco operational Café. The facility also houses several Job Services Australia Providers as well as a Disability Employment Services Provider making the site a true centre for business, skills, employment and careers. Office room hire, meeting rooms and desk hire enquiries have increased as people have found working from home they dont necessarily need a large shop front, but rather an occasional venue to hire.
