05.04.2022 The holidays are almost here! We would like to thank our lovely patients for a great year. Your kindness and support make every work day a day to remember. We always try to go above and beyond for our patients and it's easy to do so when we have such lovely patients. The last couple of years have been challenging due to Covid and as a result the ever changing regulations. We took it as an opportunity to re-examine our infection control protocols and we were pleased that ...our current protocols actually surpass all the requirements. Nevertheless we’ve tweaked and upgraded a few things so we are future proofed for any further changes that may come. Our hard working dentists and nurses are having a little break next week, but don't worry we are here on Wednesday, Dec 29th, for any emergencies. However, we are following new government regulations and can only treat emergencies in the following categories: -Toothache -Broken tooth/teeth... -Gum pain -Facial swelling For non-emergency treatments such as cleans or any cosmetic treatments unfortunately they will have to be postponed until the restrictions are lifted. In light of the limited service we can currently offer, we are temporarily changing our operation to be on-call based. Our dentists and nurses are on-call for emergencies from Monday to Saturday, and our reception team will be answering phone calls from home during our normal business hours. This means that sometimes the clinic will be physically unattended, but we are only a phone call away. So if you need us please just call our number 07 3277 6990 as usual.
