19.01.2022 When first released in FCA vehicles, the 9HP48 had numerous issues regarding shift quality, namely harsh upshifts and downshifts, delayed gear engagements, etc....... Many of these issues were resolved through TCM programming,... it is important to review TSBs and check for any outstanding recalls ... As can be expected, there were plenty of growing pains that accompanied this transmission. See more
