17.01.2022 Sweet and Spicy Cauli Finger Lickin' Good 4 cups cauliflower florets 2 tablespoons maple syrup... 2 tablespoons Sriracha 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Preheat oven to 200oC. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine cauliflower and other ingredients maple syrup, Sriracha, olive oil, tamari, and pepper. Mix until the cauliflower is well-coated. Pour the cauliflower onto the baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. @Onegreenplanet See more

11.01.2022 Healthy snacks. I love a handful of mixed nuts. If you purchase raw nuts + seeds, then toss in a little olive oil (or coconut) then season with:... Salt + pepper Garlic + chili Lemon pepper Garlic salt Dried or fresh herbs like rosemary And pop in oven for about 15 mins (or until start to brown). Don't forget to toss them half way through. Allow to cool. Store in airtight container. Hint : they get crunchy as they cool. Hint : you can also use egg white to coat instead on oil. #delish #getinmybelly
