19.01.2022 Just imagine...... Your floating out to your future self, with well worn wrinkles and maybe salt and pepper hair, maybe laughter lines from a life well lived... As you feel yourself face to face with your future you, imagine what emotions you are feeling, happy, peaceful, fulfilled or not so? ... Just know whatever it is it's perfect for you right now You gently turn around and look back to your self now...... What is it you really want to tell your now self? As I took pictures of our children in uniform this morning I gently heard my future self: you are amazing, you are showing and teaching these amazing individuals how to live. And truly live. They will know that they are responsible for their lives and emotions. They will know how to clear their negative emotions as they happen. They will know how to support others to do so. They will be a better version of us, but it could have been completely different..... My past future self would have whispered: well done, losing your cool and yelling at the kids this morning, your a great mentor.......
