18.01.2022 CAPTURING THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS I love capturing moments of joy for my families in their portraits. Nat contacted me and said she was nervous about having photos taken and wanted something fun for her family to do during the photoshoot.... So... I suggested the idea of celebrating the spirit of Christmas by hanging decorations on the amazing pine trees around Hanging Rock. She and the family leapt at the idea and even spent quality time together going through their collection of decorations - which included many that were handmade by Bea and Archie. Also a bit hesitant at first about the photo experience, Stuart and the rest of the McKechnie family - including those with four legs - had a great time laughing and creating new memories. MERRY FESTIVE SEASON TO ALL.

16.01.2022 GREAT GATSBY - YEAR 6 DISCO It was a great night of fun and entertainment at the 'Great Gatsby' themed disco for Quirindi Public School's Year 6 students. Congratulations to all students on completing your junior years of schooling, I wish you all the best, for your future. Congratulations to teachers and staff for organising such a fun event for the kids... their smiles and laughter were a beautiful send off to their Primary Schooling. 14.01.2022 I was so thrilled to be the official photographer for R.M.Williams Outback magazine for that (and other) years Deni Ute Muster. Interviewed Peter Brock amongst other outstanding people, Adam Brand was great to photograph. Volunteers were amazing as were the spectators. Great fun and memories. Love Deniliquin - enjoyed many terrific times there thanks to the Lindsay-Field family and my time as the photographer for the Stock & Land newspaper.

13.01.2022 KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY For the last few years I’ve had the joy of sponsoring an award for junior students at my former High School. The Quirindi High School award is for a Year 7 student who encourages others, works hard, shows kindness and contributes to the school community.... It is nominated for and selected by a panel of teachers at the school and this year goes to Kaylee Gordon. Well Done Kaylee, not only did you embark on your first year of High School this year, but you and your peers had to navigate a whole new world of online learning and Covid Restrictions, Congratulations, Kaylee on your award, keep on being you.

12.01.2022 FAMILY FUN It was fantastic to get out in Quirindi over the weekend and attend the NSW Senior Long Track Title with family and friends. It proved a great way to enjoy some fun and thrills amidst this years COVID chaos... well done to the organisers and competitors.
