25.01.2022 Ahhhhhhhhhhhh. 1.30hrs of sublime practise of restorative yoga for me today. I love this work, especially when I have to do the practise myself. I wasn't even feeling stressed, but afterwards I can certainly feel the difference in my body and mind, complete softness and serenity.
