For some of them it was the first trip to OZ and what a splendid way to end the year to be married on New Years Eve 2019 at Rippon Lea Estate and bring in 2020, as a married couple surrounded by love and laughter. ... Conducting Jean’s service was one of those moments for me and reviving such feedback from the family in their time of grief blows me away. ... 15.01.2022 On:Saturday the fourth of May 2019, these two gorgeous, scrumptious souls, tied the knot. They wanted their wedding day to be different, diverse and expression of who they are but more importantly they wanted to surprised and delight their guest with a magical journey. So the night before the nuptials, we all gathered in the chapel for the secret bride and groom rehearsal.... Sneak, sneak, plot, plot, connive, connive, can I have another drink. It’s fair to say that to pull off the enormity of this surprise the rehearsal went for four hours, with pizza at the end but it was worth ALL the effort. As their loved ones all gathered on there wedding day @civilcelebrantsal filled the chapel with LOVE IS IN THE AIR and the guest joined in song to raise the rafters off the roof and as her welcome finished with LET THIS WEEDING BEGIN! The side door to the chapel burst open to the Imperial March and the cape crusaders (grooms people) marched in formation and at the end of their routine magically relieved the Groom dressed in a black hooded cape. They then stripped him of his cape to reveal his fabulous purple dapper suit, to thunderous applause. The music transformed into Princes Leah theme, as from the back of the chapel the Bridesmaids danced in with golden balloons Followed by the maid of honour (ME) dancing with two gold balloons and attached to them was the Brides shoes ...the guest were enthralled. Then as Raiders of the Lost Arch vibrated the pews, the pièce de résistance the Bride enters walking on a GIANT BALL to the Grooms and everyones delight! They signed their commitment to Chapel of Love EMMA & RYAN MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU! Always and forever, under grace and in the perfect way Diversity in all forms is a wonderful thing.
