21.01.2022 A beautiful reminder...

17.01.2022 Feeling into the preciousness (I'll make this word up!) of support in times of transition or for hospital visits and procedures... or at anytime in life... I had a procedure under a local anesthetic yesterday and I asked a dear friend to come with me and walk by my side.. to hold my hand and wipe my tears. Just to be with me.. I am resting now and giving space for my body to regenerate and heal.. Big selfcare call was calling in this support. Stepping into my vulnerability and in this fusion I have felt my inner strength grow and heart expand. Thank you sister Shaeh for your song and holding and deelish healing chicken soup! I love you xx
