22.01.2022 Clients and friends of Sally's Cutting Crew Yes, we are still open. Until they say we are to close, myself and Rachel will be hear. It's crazy as we can't be the safe distance they are telling everyone to be. BUT with a few changes made so far so good. We may not be able to keep the safe distance but our client's are more then the safe distance from each other. Our salon is big enough to do this. We are also lucky our salon is in a good position, away from everyone. We a...re doing everything that has been asked to do and in return we ask you our client's and friends to do the same. If you have been over seas in the last 14 days or a feeling unwell in any way we ask please don't come in let's wait till your feeling better. 14.01.2022 So all medical staff, the ones seeing this covid 19 first hand say the only way to stop this covid19 is total lock down. Our PM has told everyone that can work from home, work from home. Then closed down all beauty salons, tattoo studio's, gyms, dental, pubs, clubs, sporting restaurants, coffee shops, schools and so on. In his words to the country " please stay at home, you my go out for food shopping". ... Yes you can walk you anaimals and as a family go out for a walk, but mostly please stay at home. Don't stop for a chat at the supermarket. You can can out with one other person thst is not a family member, but please we ask , stay at home and at all tumes keep the 1.5 distance. CANCELL appointments. BUT it's ok for all hairdresser to continue to go to work, who at all times CAN NOT KEEP THE 1.5 DISTANCE. This is a joke, really. Who in their right mind is going to go out after all this. No salon is going to take any walk in clients of the street, or Just any new clients at all. Why, because we don't know them and our clients we have who we trust, who we know like family, are not going to ask them to put them self at risk. Then on top of all of that we have all the other health and safety measures they have asked us to do. So we all have to make extra time to do all this, which we all do, not a problem, we are all having less clients in the salon at once to keep everyone at the safe distance and if it is a salon with a lot of staff their is other issues. Every other country in the world is on lock down or just staying at home. Yet only in Australia, mostly QLD, we hairdresser can go to work.
