16.01.2022 I honestly think I could eat protein pancakes everyday in isolation! . . Recipe: 50g oats blended into flour... 1/3 cup milk (I used almond vanilla) 1 egg or 1/3 cup egg whites 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 scoop choc dutch Isagenix Isalean shake Optional: dark choc baking chips. Toppings: 2 strawberries, choc granola, macro mike peanut butter powder mixed with water . Makes 3 larger, or 4-5 smaller pancakes. Cook on medium heat. . Enjoy! See more
