25.01.2022 Two years ago I was half way through my yoga teacher training and we went on retreat. We arrived at midday to the misty, cool rainforest. We checked into our monastic style room with a single bed and wash basin. We practised all kinds of Okido yoga, qigong, meditated and went on walks to the waterfall. ... We undertook a lot of teacher training so it was quite an intensive time but this time away from my family to immerse myself in my training and the yoga practices was invaluable to me. It was quite transformative and some spiritual ideas were planted which I’ve been tending too ever since. February was the perfect time. Christmas and New Year and back to school were over and it was time for me, the main career at my house to tend to myself, to do the work which I believe spreads out into my world and beyond. This experience led me to commit to holding my first yoga retreat and it is happening in February too. This February. I feel blessed to return to this idyllic place. I am so pleased to share this experience, these practices and this place with you. The retreat begins at noon on Saturday the 10th February 2018. We’ll be in the rainforest for three nights. This is a gift to yourself to replenish the reserves by connecting to nature.... Would love it if you could share...this might be just the thing for one of your friends Lots of the people who came last year are coming back...if you’ve never been to this place it is such a lovely spot...I could go on all day

06.01.2022 Planning for retreat and personally inviting previous attendees today and found these photos from Retreat to the Rainforest 2019...thought I’d show them to you...I’ve also just promoted the event with a Facebook ad...I really want to have as many people as possible away in nature enjoying the break and the nurturing feeling of having all of the cooking and cleaning up taken care of some you can just relax!
