22.01.2022 Christmas is here! YAY! As you all may know it’s the busiest time of the year, we are all in a rush to go places, to get to appointments etc. If you run late, we run late. Think ahead, think about the traffic and trying to find a park, give yourself enough time for all these things before your appointment. Being late means we may not be able to complete your full service. Also, last minute cancellations/ no shows... If you need to cancel an appointment, that’s okay! In saying that we have enforced a cancellation policy for this time of year. If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment, there will be a percentage of your appointment value charged to your account. For those who don’t give us any notice and just don’t show up, the full amount of your appointment value will be requested. We have had to turn away a lot of valued clients to keep your appointment for you, please be mindful and respectful.
