24.01.2022 Salon Doggo Updates: Good evening everyone (and doggos ofcourse ) Hope your week has been great and everyone is staying safe! ... Sorry it's a long one - Availability: currently we are unavailable on weekdays and only working physically on Saturdays and Sundays. We are just thankful to still be able to operate as we know many can't. At present (unless any cancellations come through) we are currently booked up until after midday on May 9th. If you are needing a booking before July we recommend getting in touch asap - Payments: we are still accepting cash and card payments as per usual. If paying by eftpos please be mindful it may take some time to load as eftpos and data networks are super congested at present - shopping assistance: this week we have had a number of clients request pet necessities prior to their appointment; new leads, food, collars, treats etc. If you need something please let us know in advance and we should be able to assist and usually get a slightly better price than regular store pricing also (mainly on foods). The only additional cost for this service will be $5 to cover the petrol and time to do the shopping and the price will either be added to your service or we will request a prior bank transfer to cover it. We understand it's hard for people to leave home at present - vet visits: we have assisted a few clients with getting doggos to vet appointments the past fortnight or so and are happy to assist you with this if required. This service will only be available on Saturdays though unfortunately and will need to be discussed prior - Parasite protection: Please don't forget just because we are in isolation (I know most of you are working from home) unfortunately ticks and fleas aren't! Please keep treatments up to date, we do carry these and tablets are as little as $20 administered depending on doggos size. - Contacting: if you need to contact us please contact via FB messenger (salon Doggo) or via text message. We can't always take calls usually due to being with doggos but there is very poor phone reception in a lot of our regular areas so the phone doesn't always ring on our end. Text message is much easier and we will get back to you as soon as we see it Lastly to ensure the safety of us and our clients we would like to reiterate that if you are unwell (with anything contagious - not just COVID-19) please chat to us about rescheduling your appointment for a mutually agreeable time. If we arrive and you are unwell unfortunately we may need to cancel / postpone your appointment due to potential health risks at this time.

04.01.2022 I know we haven't been as active as usual lately, But we have been spending more time with your doggos and less time on social media lately! (It's a good thing guys :P) Leading up to Christmas please note bookings are going to be extremely limited as it's that time of the year where a lot of our regulars are due for clips, clients are away so pet sitting & walking is picking up again and ontop of that lots of new friendly wet noses to kiss are booking in to be spruced up be...fore the festivities begin We always do our best to get people in but please book early to avoid disappointment over the next few weeks. 04.01.2022 Please read So true and unfortunately people don't think of it. Road surface also holds heat so even if it has cooled down outside it can still be very hot on the road
