Following government stage 4 guidelines, Salon H will be closing its doors temporarily from Wednesday 5th August, until further notice. It is in the best interest, not only to my valued clients, but also myself and my immediate family members that we remove the risk of possible exposure between us. ... 23.01.2022 Hi everyone. This has got to be the craziest week I’ve ever experienced! Now that I’m able to welcome guest into my salon again, I’ve been inundated with phone calls, texts, private messages, emails and everything social media! Just a little update with regards to bookings. ... To date, I’m totally booked out until the 3rd week of November. Bookings for SATURDAY are NOT AVAILABLE until after Christmas. Booking for Christmas also filling up quick. I know everyone is anxious to get their hair done after so many weeks in isolation! However, Please be patient and polite as this has been a very stressful and full on time to say the least!, plus we have to follow covid safe procedure! I’m doing my utmost to accommodate everyone. 03.01.2022 Great news, hair salons are being allowed to reopen from either the 19th October 2020. Yay!!! I could not be more excited to finally get to see you all again. Here is what you can expect from Salon H when reopen for business. How I am handling bookings? * I will reschedule Client appointments that were already in before the salon had to be closed to the reopening date. I will personally call/message to confirm the new date/time for the appointment. ... * Clients that had messaged/called me during the lockdown, I have placed your name on my waitlist. When a free appointment becomes available it will be assign to you and I will let you know accordingly. * All calls and messages received from today onwards will be based on appointment availability. Clients need to be flexible with Salon H’s availability (date/time). Please don’t be upset if I'm unable to fit you in at your requested date/time. I will try to get everyone in as soon as practicable. * All appointments will receive CONFIRMATION TEXT! Please reply when you receive it ASAP, do not leave it to last minute! This will give me enough time to find a replacement for the appointment if someone's unable to come in. * When we reopen, we will have more or else 8 weeks (about 2 months) till Christmas. Clients that want to have their hair done before Christmas can do so, please plan your appointment date wisely. How to prepare for your appointment? Here is what I am asking each client to do: * The government regulations state that everyone MUST WEAR MASK (surgical type only) while in the Salon. A mask is available for $2 if you do not have one. * To ensure Salon H is a safe environment for other clients and myself, if you have any Covid-19 symptoms before your appointment, PLEASE RESCHEDULE your appointment for after your isolation period. If you have started to have symptoms at/after your appointment or 14 days after your visit. I would be grateful if you could inform me, so I can notify other clients who were in the salon during that period. * Please turn up to the salon alone and upon arrival, each client has their temperature taken. Whilst in the salon be mindful not to touch too many surfaces. * My no-show and cancellation policies still apply. To cancel or reschedule, please give me 24 hours' notice. PLEASE RESPOND to my RECONFIRMATION TEXT send to you by replying YES or NO as soon as you receive it. Of course, if you wake up feeling ill on the day of your appointment, please give me a call ASAP. Stay home, take care of yourself and GET TESTED! * Please call the salon if you unsure about your appointment date/time. PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP at the salon unannounced.
