24.01.2022 Embracing the change of season we decided to put some warmth into our lovely clients hair. We achieved this by using Redken SEQ colour.

19.01.2022 Coronavirus or no Coronavirus the Heart of Tassie still beats STRONG. Even though Dark Mofo has been cancelled for 2020 I still decided to celebrate the occasion with a huge heart in the front window. Do come down and check it out.

18.01.2022 First week back a work after my week off has been crazy. Looking back at my photos it seems a distant memory.

18.01.2022 I have slowly noticed a huge improvement in my clients hair over the past twelve months. When I asked her what was her secret was she told me, that the only thing she could put it down to was a few vitamins. What a difference.

16.01.2022 EDUCATION DAY: Had a great time today learning some new colour placement techniques. We have used three different SEQ semi colours out of the Redken range. We also put in some baby lights around the hair line. Giving you that natural Scandinavian look.

15.01.2022 With this new colouring technique and by using the ever reliable Redken SEQ we took this solid blonde regrowth to more of a natural look.

14.01.2022 We will be closed tomorrow as it is Anzac Day.

13.01.2022 This client is unsure whether to grow her colour out or not. With her old colour growing out it started to throw off a lot of warmer colours which we didn't want. So by placing cotton wool at the roots this stops any colour going on her grey regrowth. Then we applied a semi-permanent colour on to her old colour which neutralized the unwanted extra warmth.

13.01.2022 Christmas has arrived early at the salon. We have received our new chairs. Looking good.

12.01.2022 ANZAC morning at the top of my drive way. In the middle of the bush no street lights, the smell of Gumtrees and Kookaburras singing in the back ground. It couldn't of been any more Australian than that. Lest we forget.

11.01.2022 One of our lovely clients has traded in her beautiful blonde foils to violet foils all for a great cause. She is raising money for the world's greats shave.(or colour). Good luck with the fundraising.

09.01.2022 Celebrating 30 years of marriage this week and how quick time has gone by. I have enjoyed our journey together. Looking forward to more adventures with you. Thank you for my lovely flowers.

Hand sanitiser is available on arrival. - Mask wearing by staff - If you have traveled in the last 14 days (International or interstate), or have been in contact with someone who has traveled, you should be self isolating for 14 days and cannot have an appointment during this time. - If you are are unwell then you should delay your appointment as we cannot provide you with a service at this time These measures are in place to protect you and us, so we thank you for your adherence to them. 02.01.2022 I am just loving my new colourful foils. With this client I applied Redken colour on the roots then we did some Teasy Lights and some Baby Foils. The colour placement gives a very natural look.

01.01.2022 This lovely client had over 35cm of her hair cut off yesterday and has kindly donated it to "Variety". Her hair will go towards making a wig for a child who has lost their hair through sickness. This is her 3rd time she has done this. It takes approximately 6 donations to make one wig. Well done.
