19.01.2022 Our birth story Sunday night I thought I did a standard pee myself moment, but no, waters broke & Drove myself to hospital where they admitted me because now I was high risk of infection and need to be dripped fed antibiotics for 48hrs. Tuesday night I started to bleed a scan showed my placenta started to tear away from bub. Wednesday night the bleeding became heavier, it’s a scary moment when 3 doctors run in attending to you. They wanted to monitor baby’s movements to s...ee what was happening. I did ask should I call jimmy as now it was around midnight, they said let’s just wait. After 20mins on machine, they rushed in, said let’s go, baby not happy. We need to get baby out now. It went from zero to 100 very quick. Jimmy left home before mum arrived leaving Fiasco in charge. The doctors were worried how long till Jimmy would be but Luckily he arrived just in time and met me in the operating theatre. 3:30am our little boy was born. Arriving 4 weeks early due to placenta abruption via cesarean section. Weighing 2.3kgs/5.2lbs. We cannot believe we have a son to complete our family. Still deciding on a name.
