25.01.2022 Dancing feeds the spirit.. so keep dancing.. at home by yourself, with your friends in their homes, & wherever classes are being offered. Try a new genre, with music that may not be your first choice but gets you moving to music. Dancing is not something we can put on hold.. its for exercise, fun, expression & most importantly to boost our spirits! Thinking of you all & looking forward to a dance

08.01.2022 Lismore class last night was filled with enthusiastic new dancers so keen to learn Cuban style Salsa. It's an absolute pleasure helping them achieve their goals on the dance floor. Remember Thursday nights at 6.30pm above the Red Dove Cafe in the Uniting Church. Tell your friends that we have so much fun learning the basics, one never knows they may want to join you in class.
