11.05.2022 Hypnosis is a gateway to many attacks in the spiritual realm. We need to be careful to stay alert not to be ready to step out of the way and let the spirit take over. I have been trained in these practices as well as Astral traveling and Automatic writing and no it is not something that works in the long run.
