22.01.2022 Salt & Soul is open today We will be open today until 5pm for any last minute Christmas Gifts or just to take some time out for yourself and have a coffee. We have plenty of Soaps n Stuff products available today... We will be closed at 5pm and reopen on the 14th of January 2021 We thank you for your support during this and every other year. 21.01.2022 Welcome to Salt & Soul We are currently closed until the 14th of January 2021 When we reopen we will be trading Thursday to Saturday each week and are following Social Distancing rules and regulations as per requirements. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. ... The Salt Cave we be back to full capacity with up to 7 people per session and these people can be from different groups. You are not guaranteed to be in the Salt Cave by yourself. You wear the clothing you would normally wear on the day. You need to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure that the relevant paperwork is completed and that the sessions run on time. The sessions run every hour on the hour from 10am. Bookings are essential. If you would like to book into our Salt Cave or any one of our lovely services you may do so by contacting us on the phone 5546 0055 Thursday to Saturday, email us at [email protected] or messaging us on our facebook page. To book we require the following information. What service you would like to book into, how many people for the booking. What day and times are preferred. If it is a service, which service and how long. We also need your full name, contact number and email address to finalise the booking. Confirmation and reminder emails are sent. Could you please advise us if there are any changes to your booking as soon as possible. 16.01.2022 Happy New Year Welcome to 2021, 365 days of new opportunities and new beginnings. Last year I had a jar and everyday I wrote a note of what I was thankful for. It was a year of constant change and a year that when I looked back at those notes, they were full of many emotions. ... This year I have decided to do the same again and this time I am also adding one to Salt & Soul. So whenever you drop in, grab the pen and paper and write a note and pop it in the jar. Make sure you add the date and your name if you like. At the end of the year I will take a few and pop them up on the page. Our Salt Cave can help you we run family friendly sessions that are perfect for the small people in your life. We have toys for the children to play with & we encourage them to play with the salt on the floor. Suitable for children 6 months and over. Children 10 years & under are free with a paying adult.
