I don’t normally say this kind of stuff but f#%k I’m proud of myself for achieving this without the bank lol You can’t do this shit without awesome people surrounding you. A team that backs you. Believes in your vision and most of all puts up with you..... So for the home run I’m going to say a massive THANKYOU team. You know who you are. ... 23.01.2022 *sharingthelove* In these hard times it's all about community and I personally am always for recommending other businesses that deliver on product, service and value. I purchase Koh a couple of weeks ago - I bought the whole shebang and can I say WOW something that finally bloody works on EVERYTHING.... Cleaning is fast and easy and living in a reno really helps make a difference. Now I just have ot teach the kids how to use it....???? I chose this post of Koh's to share because we are all going to be on our keyboards A LOT MORE with #covid19

20.01.2022 Sunday morning. The last with out using the pool. Deck 95% done and finished along with pergola tomorrow. Pebblecrete Thursday and hose in Friday if all goes to plan. How good is that deck. Spent yesterday trying to clean up garage and worksite somewhat. Dust pit. Grass man comes tomorrow to start the discussion on getting rid of all this sh#%. ... I’m totally stuffed but pushing through to the end. Today is soak fills the punch holes for facia on fence and paint. Touch up painting and painting last of rafters going on pergola tomorrow. Then spray paint the outdoor brown setting I bought for $75 2nd hand and then.... caronas I think. Have a fabulous Sunday. My next one will be relay by the pool I promise.

20.01.2022 Its windy today so no outside painting for me. The pantry project was for in the future... But since we are #home all the time with #caronavírus lockdown Ive decided to start the process. Lord help me. Positives++... * its BIG * lots of shelf room that is deep and tall * easily get to top shelf with our little step ladder Negatives * its dark * its yellow cream something ummm * it needs power * crap little light * needs to store mop etc So Im designing the painting today and styling this week Want it to be a little fun as we wont be renovating the kitchen for a few years. Lets see what I can come up with. Stay tuned...

17.01.2022 +sharingthelove+ Soap - OMG how hard is it to buy decent soap - nothing on the shelves. Wash your hands they say - yeah mine are red raw from using cheap shitty soap as thats all that was available. Well here's a great solution from a small business I personally know and love Church Farm General Store... This stuff is gold and the nest soap you will ever use - we even use it in our styling. 17.01.2022 All happening here today jeez. Feel like I’m on the friggin block. So excited Springers Solar - Energy Systems is on that 3rd level with solar going up today. Stop me fighting with the teenagers re the power bill from the air con (shoot me Now) If you are like me and find solar a minefield. Can I tell you these guys are the bomb. Family Business 18 years. Explained to me so even I understood. Highly recommend. May recommend Jo and the team more when I get my first bill???

16.01.2022 so I am being a little daring and Billy is having a heart attack lol BUT I like to be different just depends on what Josh my builder from Lifestyle Homes and Renovations Qld can come up with for the decking - Sorry Josh like to keep you on your feet. I am thinking a back fence in the same dusty pink as my front door - Am I game enough! thoughts????... this is a very rough guide of what I am thinking as we won't have a pergola (budget not allowing for that right now lol) But it gives you the idea - other fences along side will be white.

We have decided to try and embrace what lies ahead as a family inste...ad of trying to control the unknown with #caronavirus. Keeping busy and having projects is a great way to pass the time - get the kids involved. However, it's one of the features we use in both Property Styling & Interior Styling for our clients - t...he more fluffy goodness the better. I have some new cushion suppliers coming on board - how pretty are these? Loving the pinks and blacks together and thinking these will go beautifully with some gold in our next properties.

06.01.2022 Massive day. Boys finished. They work so hard. Ledge day Lifestyle Homes and Renovations Qld Josh is a task master. Hand rolled final coat fence as per instructions. 4 coats almost finished. Whole weekend of painting coming up... How good is that deck....

04.01.2022 TODAY IS THE DAY. We made it. Pebblecrete goes in pool today and hose tomorrow We started this whole Process back in August and what a journey it has been. We are not done yet but almost there. ... From drainage to fencing to pool to deck to pergola to trucks and shit everywhere and now to garden beds and pool day. I thought it would never end. I hope my family appreciates my no sleep lol The teams at Amic Pools have been amazing. Highly recommend. No stone unturned and not 1 delay. At this time of year totally impressive. The deck is finished and has to weather and that pergola is beautiful. Today the garden beds on the sides will be finished and then more painting for me to finish it off. At least I can jump in and out the pool as I do it on the weekend. Doesn’t seem real to be honest. I can’t even begin to tell you what legends the team at Lifestyle Homes and Renovations Qld are. Josh pulled out all stops to get this done for me. On site everyday to work out my ideas in English lol and put up with my change of mind. A man of much patience..... Jack @ Chris are the main one form Lifestyle that have been on site everyday. Just totally amazing to work with and all round good blokes. The attention to detail is what you pay for. The workmanship is outstanding and again nothing ever to much trouble. Thanks boys So here is where we are at. I’ll post pictures when the pebblecrete comes HOORAY

04.01.2022 As usual lots going on at Salt so I have neglected to post all the shenanigans.... Most importantly as we wont be renovating the kitchen for a few years as I'm not doing it until I can save for dream kitchen... we have given our pantry a weekend makeover. I will write about it up on the Stagency blogs next week for all the tips and info - you can follow our interior and property styling business over at Stagency The Styling Agency... Needless to sayt painting those shelves was a big job. The biggest issue was it was all a peachy cream even the ceiling and so dark - it is a great space though. Here are some before and afters - not sure how all that crap was in there. It has now been functional for over a week and even with #covid19 the kids have managed to keep in clean - it works. This is a weekend job you can do yourself.
