We’re giving City dwellers a taster of t...he festivities in the lead up to this year’s event. Join us for two very special dining events as two Cabin Fever chefs join forces with Perth restaurants, designed to get tastebuds firing before the full festival kicks off throughout The Margaret River Region on Friday, July 16. Evan Hayter from Arimia Margaret River is partnering with The Heritage Bar & Restaurant's Gord Kahle for an intimate evening of sustainable eats paired with Arimia Wines next Wednesday 23rd June for Arimia x The Heritage Collab Dinner. Saltbush Dining's Dylan Brice is teaming up with one of Perth City’s newest and most exciting additions, The Humble Onion’s Chris Howard, for A Humble Long Lunch on Sunday 11th July. And Le Vietnam will be offering a special Cabin Fever menu for the duration of the Cabin Fever Festival dates (July 16th 25th), with a Margaret River wagyu Bahn Mi at their Yagan Square and Barrack Street venues.
