24.01.2022 Today Chase and I (well mainly Chase, he wasn’t sharing with Mum once he sunk his fangs into these bad boys ) sampled a traditional sausage roll from @thepastryplacerobe If you haven’t checked this little gem out yet in Robe, you definitely should! Pastries , macaroons, coffee , croissants and all sorts of yummy treats and eats not to mention some pretty fab looking custom cakes and biscuits for any type of event/milestone you can imagine The sausage roll was Chase approved and I’m sure he’d be pretty partial to anything else there too! We live in Long Beach so frequent it regularly on walks walking into town via the stunning coastal track. 11.01.2022 Greetings Salty Followers WOW.... what a crazy world we currently live in! A couple of months ago we decided to do our bit and stay home as much as possible with only Jimmy keeping on keeping on! Thank you to all the amazing essential workers during this time, you guys rock! How has isolation looked for you guys? For us it was a bit of an adjustment for the kiddies who have no idea what it is going on or why swimming and daycare stopped, parks are closed and we can’t... go out for babychinos and play dates We’ve managed to adjust to our new normal with playdoh, painting , baking , eating the baking , gardening , movies , snuggles , puzzles , and lots and lots of miles have been covered walking and running Getting outdoors has been our savior and the kids have developed a love for what they call ‘tree caves’ Thankfully beautiful Robe has many many awesome walking trails and trees caves to explore! Also thankful for our go anywhere, all terrain pram We certainly have enjoyed the slowing down and no social pressures, however we’ve certainly had a few tough days (thanks wine for getting mumma through )! That being said we miss having guests at @saltliferobe and we are so pleased to see the lifting of restrictions in our state has got people on the move again Just yesterday we took 23 nights of bookings for the next 2 months already! What a way to kick us back off again Stay safe, wash your hands continue to social distance and be thoughtful and respectful of others as you start to venture out and explore within our own state! I know we are looking forward to kicking this virus in the butt and moving on with our new normal, whatever that may be!
