17.01.2022 **South Australia COVID-19 update 4 March 2020** ** Two new confirmed cases in SA ** Two people in South Australia have today tested positive for COVID-19. Both... cases have recently returned from overseas. One case is a 40-year-old woman who is being admitted to Flinders Medical Centre. They travelled to Adelaide from Iran via Kuala Lumpur on Malaysia Airlines flight MH139, arriving on Sunday 1 March. Contact tracing is underway, however, if you were on this flight please call the Communicable Disease Control Branch on 1300 232 272. The other case is a 24-year-old woman who will be admitted to a metropolitan hospital this evening. As soon as further details become available, updated advice will be provided. COVID-19 can cause mild symptoms including fever, sore throat, coughing and fatigue. For some people, it can be more severe and can lead to pneumonia or breathing difficulties and can even be fatal. Contact your medical provider if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 and have recently returned from mainland China, Iran, South Korea and Italy, and advise of your travel history. People who have travelled in or transited through mainland China or Iran must isolate themselves for 14 days after leaving China or Iran. Anyone who has been in close contact with a confirmed case must isolate themselves at home for 14 days following the last possible contact with the confirmed case unless seeking medical care. Anyone else being specifically tested for COVID-19 must isolate themselves while awaiting test results. Other areas of interest include Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Mongolia, Singapore and Thailand. Clinicians will consider testing people with symptoms who have travelled to these areas recently. There have been five confirmed cases of COVID-19 in SA. Three have recovered and been discharged from hospital.

The energy giant bought Frank Timis’s stake in a gas fiel...d off the coast of Senegal for $250 million in 2017. But documents obtained by BBC Panorama and Africa Eye reveal that BP will also pay his company between nine and twelve billion dollars in royalties. Both BP and Mr Timis deny any wrongdoing.
