21.01.2022 We’ve always been huge fans of @olssonssalt so we’re thrilled to be able to offer even more of their awesome products. Last week we added the Marine Mineral Fine Grey Salt to our shelves as well as the Well Seasoned Traveller collection. This week we received delivery of their latest collaboration with @fourpillarsgin, The Rare Dry Gin Salt. Four Pillars have taken their Spent Rare Dry Gin botanicals, dehydrated them and blended them with Olsson’s Marine Mineral Grey Salt which makes for a fantastic seasoning for roast meats or for curing fish. You can find these new products alongside our regular Olsson’s Salt favourites. Open Tuesday from 8:30am!

Our fridges and deli counter are fully stocked with artisan cheeses from the best Australian and international producers. We’ve got your favourite salumi and antipasto goodies and not forgetting our freshly baked bread and pastries too

20.01.2022 Thrilled to have another stunning @willstudd cheese in our counter. Le Marquis Chèvre du Pèlussin is produced in the Rhône Valley in France using modern techniques. Velvety soft with a silky texture and a delicious lemony tang. Pairs perfectly with @thefinecheeseco Rosemary and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crackers or one of our freshly baked breads.



20.01.2022 Australian made.....Established in 1943 and still 100% Australian family owned. The grove @grampiansoliveco is certified organic relying solely on rainfall producing a low yield of oil which is beautifully concentrated in flavour. The olives are cold pressed with hours of being harvested and the oil produced is unfiltered and unrefined. In addition to their Signature Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil you can find a range of their infused olive oils and artisan vinegars on our shelves. We’re loving the Golden Orange Caramelised Balsamic

We’re particularly loving this entertainer hamper from @grampiansoliveco a 100% Australian family owned and run business. Their certified organic olive grove is located in the beautiful Grampians in North West Victoria. Perfect for entertaining or a wonderful treat for a friend or loved one.

18.01.2022 La Luna.....truly sensational Made in Central Victoria by @holy.goat.cheese the La Luna ring has an amazing depth of flavour with nutty citrus notes. What a beauty!

18.01.2022 New this week.... from @lartisancheeseorganic Fermier is made using organic cows milk in Victoria. It’s a Morbier style cheese which has a layer of charcoal running through the centre. Traditionally this would be have been used to separate the morning milk from the evening milk although modern Morbiers are often made from a single milking batch. It’s pressed in cloth then hand salted and washed in brine as it matures. Beneath the rustic washed rind it’s flavour is well rounded with a nutty, earthy finish. We think it looks pretty special too



17.01.2022 Our cheese cabinet is fully stocked with some stunning Australian made cheeses including this subtle washed rind from @lartisancheeseorganic Mountain Man is inspired by a traditional French recipe for Reblochon and is a perfect addition to tartiflette as well as being a favourite on a cheese platter. These are specially selected from our very own cheese cabinet, picked for each customer to complement each other and perfectly ripe for enjoying now. * Freshly sliced salumi made by artisan producers who have been perfecting their craft for generations.... * Australian olives marinated in house served with jams and relishes which are perfectly paired to the cheeses selected. * Fresh and dried fruits picked out by our team for their flavour and freshness. * A selection of nuts, many of which we toast ourselves for that extra special touch. * Not forgetting our very own house baked bread made without the use of preservatives, using only the finest Australian ingredients. But what else??? In addition to having the very finest produce you can also rest assured that we are a fully insured registered food business. Our premises are inspected to ensure we meet Food Standards (FSANZ) and our team is trained to uphold our very high expectations. 01.01.2022 We’re so excited to see the return of @pecoradairy Bloomy, made from new season ewe’s milk in Robertson, NSW. Bloomy, a mould ripened cheese, has a dense, rich centre with a slightly chalky texture. At its peak in Spring it has notes of citrus when young and becomes more earthy and intense as it ages. Pop in tomorrow from 8:30am to pick up your long weekend deli treats.

01.01.2022 Which cheese will be featuring on your cheese board this festive season? We can’t go past this very handsome and incredibly delicious Stilton. Made by Cropwell Bishop Dairy in Nottinghamshire, it’s natural crusty rind allows oxygen to permeate through to the blue moulds. Soft and creamy yet crumbly with a savoury tang, enjoy with a glass of port or dry sherry. A true Christmas classic!
