14.01.2022 Gin & Elderflower cakes! If you haven't tried Elderflower before, it has a wonderful summery flowery scent and taste and works really well with lime, lemon and GIN! Back where I come from we forage it from the tangled hedgerows in the countryside, and luckily I have tracked it down over here

08.01.2022 "PBJ a la Français" This was on our original menu but never got ordered once. But I am too sad to let it go! Lashings of Peanut Butter and Jam in a toastie, but with a twist - the bread is french toast (bread soaked in egg, cinnamon and vanilla). Our kids love it! We want to know your opinion - do people like PBJ's (Peanut Butter & Jam sarnies), is the name too confusing, is it something you or your children might order?
