14.01.2022 Our seaweed salt are coming up for the first time in Australia market. After researching the qualities of umami flavour we just had to find a way to add umami to our salt. So we came up with the idea of adding hand harvested seaweed. There are loads of different varieties of seaweed growing around the shores of Iceland, so we had to do many prototypes before we found the combination that we absolutely love and we hope you will as well. Find us at the Kirribilli market tunnel this Saturday.
