Whether its social anxiety, procrastination anxiety, festive season anxiety or just good ol' feeling rattled and not on top of things, when we're in this anxious state of fight or flight, our brain goes into survival mode and seeing the beauty, joy and creative opportunities around us becomes impossible (Lit...erally! These chemicals don't fire at the same time!) After the year we've experienced, we all need to see the joy & beauty that this Summer has to share Our teachers will be offering a safe space where we can unravel our anxious bodies & minds and learn some of their techniques which we can use off the mat.
