20.01.2022 Hey everyone Sorry iv been MIA throughout lockdown, my days have been kept super busy with my little Flossy babe (can you believe she’s nearly 8 months old) I just wanted to touch base on what’s going on with our bookings. As our reopening date is still so up in the air, we are continuing to hold off just a little longer from rescheduling/making any future appointments. I really want to be sure it’s only done once and know that your appointment will be locked in. Just to r...ecap: All appointments have been canceled until the 26th of October, any existing appointments after this date are still booked in unless we are forced to close longer. Once we have our confirmed reopening date I will be contacting all clients in order of missed appointments right back from the start of August with the option of re booking. After this our books will be fully opened. Please understand just how many clients there are that have already missed multiple appointments so be patient with me throughout this process. I will truely do my very best to accommodate as many people as I can. I think we are all dying to get back to some sort of a normal life, I am keeping all my fingers and toes crossed it’s not too far away. 04.01.2022 I just wanted to start by saying a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has messaged and checked in on us. I would also like to thank everyone for there patience Its taken me a few days to process Sundays lockdown update and get my head around exactly what that means for us and our beautiful clients. It sure has been one hell of a year! So to update everyone: all appointments up until the 27th October have been cancelled. I believe I have contacted everyone who hadnt received ...the first lockdown message but if you havent heard from me please send me a text. All appointments after this date are staying as is (for now) Once we have a confirmed reopen date I will be contacting all clients again in order of missed appointments right back from the start of August with the option of rebooking. Please understand how many clients that is and just how many client have missed appointments since then. I promise we will do our very best to accommodate you all but please be patient with appointments because on top of the back log of canceled appointments we already have pre booked appointments right up until the end of the year. This is such a tough time for all and my heart goes out to anyone that may be struggling and all the small business that continue to have there doors closed. The following information will assist you when making your next appointment: Open Tuesday through to Saturday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. KELLIE is on maternity leave.... We encourage all clients to BOOK WELL IN ADVANCE. We do have a couple of week wait for appointments but do offer a waiting list for an earlier appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY: Confirmation texts are sent out 48 hours before your booked appointment. We do ask for at least 24 hours notice for a cancelation. If you fail to give us this notice a cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment. Text message is our preferred contact, due to increasing demand replies may take up to 24 hours. For a quicker response call 59859395. Confirmation texts will be sent out 48 hours prior to appointment, please reply asap to avoid cancellation fee or to allow your appointment be offered to someone on the waiting list.
