16.01.2022 Do you know the history behind a glass of Margarita? . It was invented in 1938 by Carlos Danny Herrera, which is the owner of Tijuana Restaurant (Rancho La Gloria) who was inspired by a picky dancer that came to the restaurant. Sadly, she was allergic to all spirits except Tequila, but didn’t like to drink it straight. Therefore, Herrera worked around the Tequila shot (which is taken with salt & lime), and whipped up the instant clasic. The name of this drink itself came out from another famed contender who claimed that it was based on her name along, whose name is Margarita.

15.01.2022 Wanna make our Ricotta Pancake at your home? Here’s our recipe! . Ingredients: * 1 cup ricotta cheese * 1 cup all-purpose flour... * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder * 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar * 1/4 teaspoon fine salt * 3/4 cup milk * 2 large eggs, separated * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract * Butter, for cooking . Steps: 1. Whisk together your dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt) in a small bowl, then combine ricotta, milk, egg yolks, and vanilla extract in a larger mixing bowl 2. Add the dry ingredients to the ricotta and milk mixture, and stir gently until they are all combined 3. Beat the egg white (using an electric mixer) until stiff 4. Add a small batch of whipped egg white to the pancake batter and fold using a spatula (then continue to add the remaining egg white gradually) 5. Heat your pan over medium-high heat, and melt a little bit of butter in the pan (make sure to cover the surface) 6. Use a 1/3 cup measurement to pour the batter into the pan 7. Cook the pancakes for about 3-4 mins (until it is golden brown and see a few bubbles popping through the pancakes), then flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 mins 8. Serve the pancakes immediately with fruits, maple syrup, chocolate syrup, and coconut flakes . And yum, you can now enjoy our yummy pancake every day for your breakfast! See more
