08.01.2022 Did you know that Endeavour Foundation is turning 70? #endeavour70 So in the lead up to our 70th anniversary, we’re going to take you on a trip down memory ...lane In the post-war baby-boom, children with intellectual disability were being denied an education in Queensland's overcrowded schools. This meant parents had to take matters into their own hands and fight for one of their children's most basic human rights - the right to an education. On 14 June 1951, Endeavour Foundation (then called Queensland Sub-Normal Children's Welfare Association) was born when parents and health professionals held the Association's first public meeting in Brisbane. The Association's goals were to improve the educational opportunities for children with disability and to support their families. Dirt Drags i...s an exciting charity event for all car enthusiasts. There will be a licensed bar, fun filled activities and a number of live bands making it an incredible experience for the whole family with all proceeds going to the NDVR Endeavour Foundation. The Endeavour Foundation is an independent, for purpose organisation established to support people with an intellectual disability to live their best life. Starting with equal access to education and life skills. Paramount Protection Australia is proud to be apart of such an amazing event again to support the local business, charity’s and community!
