24.01.2022 Today a close friend rang me that they were making sauce. I went down and filmed the process to show how it was done! It's all about sharing with family and getting everyone together, lots of laughter and a great day to be enjoyed. #salutiallafamiglia #creatingmemoriestogether #workingasateam

19.01.2022 Today I dropped into Radio Italia Uno 87.6FM and had a quick chat live with Angela Cutri. Part of engaging with the community is talking face to face (rather than on the phone) about how we can continue our Italian culture in Australia and write the next 100 years of history that will preserve our traditions for years to come! We want everyone involved as you are all welcome in our famiglia.

07.01.2022 Sunday I volunteered my time to help out all day at the St. Eufemia festa. This was an amazing experience in the Zeppole tent. Everyone was so happy to be around, lots of smiles and great stories. All the volunteers worked together as a great team and we went through around 250kg of flour. That's a lot of Zepolle Viva St. Eufemia
