07.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that we have made the decision to suspend trading at our Family Stores in Gladstone and Tannum Sands. This decision was made today and... effective immediately for the health, and safety of our valuable volunteers and staff. We wish all our Volunteers and Staff to keep well during this temporary suspension of trade. Please note that we will be unable to take donations (these were already stopped a little a while ago). We look to reopening once the crisis has passed and welcome our volunteers, staff, and customers back!
06.01.2022 It is with the greatest excitement and pleasure that the Tannum Sands Family Store will be opening on Monday 1st of June at 9 am. The team have been working hard to ensure that the shop is ready and that we abide by all the regulations and restrictions that are in place. See below for what this means for our store: We will be trading from 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. ... We are only allowed 6 customers in the shop at a time. For this reason we kindly ask that everyone be patient and be understanding if asked to wait before entering the store. Please ensure you keep your distance - remember it is 1.5m. That means 1 Adult Kangaroo or 3 Adult Koalas apart. Markings are on the floor for safety and flow of customers. Please respect these. Change rooms and baskets are unavailable. Donations are currently not accepted at the store. All donations will need to be made at the Gladstone Store (this is due to the size of our store). Lastly, but most importantly, please do not enter the shop if you are feeling unwell You will be kindly asked to leave. This is for your safety and the safety of our Volunteers. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the shop on (07) 4883 8900 option 3. We cant wait to see you all again
