24.01.2022 Just another lazy Sunday done and dusted. Installed a 14.85kw solar system for another happy customer! Could not have been a better fit on the shed roof! Installed panels on both sides of the roof to catch both the morning and afternoon sun. Feel free to give me a call for a free quote or discuss if solar could be right for you! Sam 0400537756

17.01.2022 A 3.78kw solar system installed this week in Morgan. Using the 315W Jinko solar panels to get the maximum capacity to suit the limited roof space with a 3kw Fronius inverter.

16.01.2022 Its a privilege to be working with the District Council of Loxton Waikerie to help Waikerie keep up with the times. Recently installed an electric car charger behind the Waikerie Visitor Information Centre/Waikerie Council Offices. So bring your electric car for a drive to Waikerie and while its charging, have a look around at what our amazing town has to offer! Keep an eye out for more chargers to be installed around our district.

15.01.2022 A recently installed 6.3kw solar system in Cadell. Using a Fronius 5kw single phase inverter and Jinko 315W panels. Get the most out of your solar system while still complying with the 5kw export limit regulations. Get in touch if youre interested to find out more

15.01.2022 New 6.33kw solar system installed today for a customer in Daveyston using a Fronius inverter and Jinko solar panels. New meter isolator installed inside the main switchboard ready for the new import/export meter to be installed by the retailer. Another happy customer! Hit me up on here or give me a buzz for a free quote on 0400537756.

15.01.2022 A 9.24kw domestic solar system recently installed in Waikerie.

14.01.2022 Another solar system completed yesterday. Customer wanted an additional 6.05kw system on their shed to compliment the 5kw system already installed on their house. We installed a Fronius Smart Meter to export limit to 5kw but because the customer works from home, this additional system will be a huge advantage to reduce those unwanted electricity bills. It was good to have Genie (scissor lift) on the job again. Please get in contact with me if you would like to know more! Sam 0400537756

14.01.2022 Another solar system installed this week. 13.75kw of panels with 12.5kw three phase inverter. Covered both sides of the roof which faces east and west with only a slight peak. This is also a Kliplok roof so no job is too hard. Another very happy customer! We take a lot of pride in our work. The solar rules and regulations and export limits are always changing so get in contact with me to find out more so you dont miss the boat. Contact Sam on 0400537756.

14.01.2022 It was great to have my valentine come to work with me today! I love it how you lift me up when Im down. I really appreciate everything you do for me Genie! Replaced some old 1000W floodlights with some new 200W LED floodlights around a vineyard workshop before harvest starts.

14.01.2022 Just completed the installation of a 30kw solar system on a new shed at Caudo Vineyards. Installed 15kw facing east and 15kw facing west so the customer maximises their sun hours each day. Access to the roof and running the cables below the roof was once again made easy thanks to Genie (my scissor lift). Installation was completed in time to maximise production over the summer. Very happy with the install!!! Feel free to contact me if you might be interested in solar or hiring Genie. Sam 0400537756

12.01.2022 Recently completed a 3.85kw solar system installed on a customers shed. We gained access to the roof using Genie, my #1 apprentice. Also installed a security camera kit around the property for extra surveillance which can be viewed remotely using an app your phone for that added piece of mind. Feel free to give me a call regarding solar, security camera installations, scissor lift hire or any other electrical work you require! Sam 0400537756

11.01.2022 Recently completed lighting upgrade using Genie. Replaced the old 400W Mercury Vapour high bay light fittings with new 150W LED high bay light fittings. Cut the customers power consumption by one third. The new light fittings produce a much brighter light instantly, are maintenance free, guaranteed for approx 50,000hrs and have a 5yr warranty. Another satisfied customer!

11.01.2022 Another solar system installed last week in Angaston. 6.3kw of solar panels with a 5kw Fronius single phase inverter so it doesnt need to be export limited.

11.01.2022 A recently completed 19.8kw solar system with a 15kw inverter installed on this shed in the Barossa. Very happy with the finished product and another happy customer

11.01.2022 Domestic lighting upgrade. Customer had 11x 50W Halogen downlights throughout their house. Replaced them all with 9W LED downlights. The outcome is a much better light produced, a better looking light fitting, maintenance free, rated at approximately 50,000hrs and the new LED downlights dont generate any heat. The old Halogen downlights are the #1 cause of house fires because they get so hot!!! The Halogen downlights use a total of 550W and the LED downlights use a total of 99W. Thats a saving of 451W!!! The new light fittings pay for themselves in no time plus the piece of mind of your house not burning down!!! Please hit me up if you have any questions. Sam Feist 0400537756

10.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new! A recent solar job completed in the Barossa on a bakery/cafe. We removed the existing 3 solar systems from the roof consisting of 108 panels and 3 inverters. The old panels were only 6 years old and already starting to fail. With the increase in output in the new panels, the customer gained about 13kw of solar on the roof. The new system consists of 2 inverters and 116 panels which totals 38kw and we have export limited to 15kw. Being a... bakery/cafe, the customer has massive power consumption due to baking on site therefore installing such a big system was beneficial to minimise large power bills. This was the biggest and most complex system we have undertaken as the panels were on 8 different roof surfaces! Couldn’t have done it without these 2 legends - Andrew Pech and Steve Mattschoss. 10.01.2022 This is the latest solar system that I completed just last week. A 9.9kw system with Jinko panels and a 10kw three phase Fronius inverter. Upgraded the main switchboard while I was there to remove the three phase RCD protecting the single phase circuit breakers which can cause nuisance tripping and wastes a lot of room in the switchboard. Installed new individual RCBO safety switches on the light and power circuits. Installed a new meter isolator to meet current standards. Just waiting on the retailer to replace the meters. I take a lot of pride in my work! Another happy customer!

09.01.2022 Beautiful day up in Loxton installing some new Tesla car chargers. Stay tuned for photos of the finished project.

09.01.2022 Genie (name of scissor lift) loves the early starts to beat this heat! Genie makes roof access so much easier and safer for solar panel cleaning especially with the slippery conditions. The panels didnt look too dirty from the ground but once I started cleaning them, you could easily see the difference! Genie is available for hire if you have the correct licence!

09.01.2022 Recently installed 8.8kw solar system in Cadell. Customer has a single phase supply therefore the new rules state that it must be export limited to 5kw. We have achieved this by using a Fronius Smart Meter. Please contact me to find out more details or for a free quote. Sam Feist 0400537756

06.01.2022 Just completed this 9.08kw system for another happy customer! Fronius are a good quality inverter which are made in Austria and allow you to oversize the solar array by 30% above the inverter size. They also come with a 10 year warranty which is one of the longest on the market (most are 5yrs). The customer only has a single phase supply to their house so we used a Fronius Smart Meter to export limit the system to 5kw back to the grid to meet current regulations. Feel free to give me a call if youre interested in finding out more. Sam 0400537756

05.01.2022 Installed two Tesla car chargers in Loxtons main street today. This was carried out in addition to the two already installed in Waikerie - one behind the VIC/library and one behind the Rainmoth Gallery.

04.01.2022 Another solar system installed last week in Waikerie. Its a 9.9kw system which was export limited to 5kw due to only having single phase at the property. Give me a call if you may be interested to find out more. Sam 0400537756

04.01.2022 Recently installed 6.33kw solar system in the Barossa. The Fronius inverter allows you to oversize the solar array by 30% allowing the system to reach its maximum output for longer during the day. So we can install 6.5kw of panels with a 5kw inverter. Feel free to get in touch if youre interested in finding out more. Sam 0400537756

03.01.2022 MEET GENIE!!! She arrived on the scene at Christmas time and has been busy since. She is now available for hire. With a working height of roughly 8m, Genies platform also slides forward creating a bigger work area. She is easy to transport on the custom built trailer behind most vehicles. Please contact me for more details and pricing 0400537756

02.01.2022 It was a pleasure to work with the Loxton Waikerie Council to carry out a few little lighting upgrades and install a new Australian flag on top of the flag pole on the Waikerie Institute. The existing broken fluorescent light fitting above the door was replaced with a new 30W LED flood and 2x new 50W LED floods were installed to illuminate the writing on the front on this beautiful, near 100 year old building, as well as the new flag. These lights are controlled by a new sun...set switch allowing them to operate automatically after sunset. All these works were carried out on a Sunday to minimise any inconvenience to the public. Thanks to Hippo from the Loxton Waikerie Council for providing the pedestrian diversion around the work area after hours and access to the building. Thanks to Nigel Campbell for organising the new flag/rope etc. Thanks to Growers Wine Group for the donation of the boom lift for access. Thanks to Riverland Towing for transporting the boom lift. This was a very rewarding project to give this historic building the attention it deserves ahead of the 100 year celebrations of the Waikerie RSL.

02.01.2022 Another solar system completed today in the Barossa. 9.35kw of Jinko solar panels, 8.2kw Fronius inverter and export limited to 5kw using a Fronius Smart Meter to meet current regulations. Feel free to give me a call if you would like to find out more. Sam 0400537756
