25.01.2022 First house I have put on the market for sale is this unique lowest house in the heart of Eight Mile Plains in Brisbane Australia. Fantastic buy if you are looking for huge exposure in the prime area in the Southside.

20.01.2022 It is a great design with multifunctions for a modern house!

10.01.2022 Finally this property is sold and settled last Friday with dramas after dramas. Anyway, we had a happy ending and I was talking to the original owner last night and she told me she will leave me a feedback on ratemyagent website. Hope she did not give me a bad one!

07.01.2022 I got the phone call this afternoon from the owner of the property me and my associate have sold last month and settled last Friday just went. She particularly called me to express thanks for the smooth transaction throughout the sales process of the house. She now lives in New South Wales and can buy a house now! It is really a long process from getting the contact from the owner until the property got sold just over two years. This is the chronicles of the whole process: 1.... I received the call on 23rd of April, 2018 from the owner of the property and subsequently she drove up in May In the same year to discuss the price and the marketing strategies for the sale of the house. She basically agreed to let me sell for her. 2. Unfortunately before the sales process about to start, it turned out to be a legal battle regarding this property as a family matter. Then it took almost a year to settle the family matter through court orders. 3. As we were ready to start the selling process, but suddenly the ex partner requested for renovation before we can proceed! It was dragging for another four months until October last year. So we started in November and almost sold the property! Suddenly we had lockdown for almost three months due to virus pandemic until May this year. 4. One day after the lockdown I asked my colleague that the buyer who had interest in the house might still want to buy, because the buyer who made an offer got rejected before the lockdown. She then contacted the buyer and surprisingly the buyer sold their house during the lockdown and could not find any suitable house. The buyer quickly made another higher offer from the previous one and it took me three days to get the owner accepted the offer. The rest is all history now! Sometimes we might need a bit of luck and persistency to close a deal. It is really amazing after three months of lockdown and the buyer still wants to buy the house they did not get before! 1. 20184235 2. 6 3.41011 4.5

07.01.2022 It is believed that Queensland (particularly SEQ) will be the strongest performer on the eastern seaboard, with HTW August 2020 Property Clock Report states Gold Coast has now moved into a RISING MARKET. Labour market recovery is expected early to mid 2021, gathering pace in late 2021. SEQld are currently in the midst of a once in a generation infrastructure boom. Dwelling prices throughout the country have remained relatively stable. Some areas within Brisbane have experien...ced growth of up to 1.9% in the May to June Quarter. Brisbane has experienced rent increases and has the lowest vacancy rates in Australia at 2.7%. The time to buy a dwelling index rose by 4.1% nationally in July 2020, with Queensland seeing a massive 16.6% increase. SEQ is already three years past its peak supply. History has shown that after significant events such as the GFC, dot.com crash, SARS the property market performs strongly.

05.01.2022 Such a pretty house in Australia!

05.01.2022 According to the Westpac bank’s prediction, Brisbane real estate market will be performing the strongest amongst the big cities in Australia. It is a very positive news, so it is really a good time to enter the market with the government grants. It is probably once in a lifetime opportunity and you might not see it again! Westpac
