Everything gets bunged into one of my #opshop pans - this one was found 20 years ago in Ballarat - and placed in the middle of the table with #sourdough bread for everyone to help themselves. Bliss Eggplant, slice down centre and scoop some of the flesh out Capsicums, deseeded Tomatoes, seeds removed... Mini Zucchini, prepared as for eggplant Chili's, deseeded Place in pan, , Splash with a generous amount of olive oil and salt and place in oven to soften slightly 1 bottle pasata 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 brown onion 1 tspn paprika Good handful each, oregano, marjorum, parsley 1 Tblspn organic chicken or vegetable stock Mix together and set aside 1 can berlitti beans 1 cup brown rice Salt and pepper to taste Remove veg from oven, pour over sauce and add rice. Place lid (or tin foil) on pan. Press into lined lamington tin and refrigerate.

RECIPE Stale b...read, crusts removed Butter, softened with a dash of olive oil added Eggs, 5 Milk/Mylk, 1/2 cup Vegetables - whatever is in your fridge Cheese/Cheeze Deep muffin pan Butter one side of bread and gently ease the squares into muffin pan Chop veggies finely - there are endless combinations! Add a good spoonful to each case. Mix eggs with milk, and using a pouring jug, top each quiche with egg mix. Control pour rate by placing a knife through centre of spout. 05.01.2022 Long before another blonde-haired, vegan beauty released a gorgeous cook-book, there was @elsas_wholesomelife. At the time veganism was emerging, I was working in a Health store and while I have always cycled my vegetarian food with consuming meat, I had never explored veganism. As a consumer of meat I was called a murderer, that I was contributing to the destruction of the planet (all while said vegans were buying several factory produced supplements, due to their poor know...ledge of a balanced vegan diet), and would sometimes come home totally depressed, quite frankly, they were nasty!! Enter 'our' Ellie, this book, due to damage, couldn't be sold, so I thought it was about time I learned from a Bachelor qualified Nutritionist about this dietary choice. Another beautiful soul, @c.j.m.80 inspired the exploration of at least consuming less meat and more complete plant based options - and looking at other ways vegan choices can help our world.
