24.01.2022 Theft from Keswick building site 22 Jun 2016 8:33pm ... Police are investigating a recent theft from a building site in Keswick. Between 5pm on Wednesday 25 June and 7am Thursday 16 June, an unknown person gained entry to homes being built in Chatham Road. Stolen from the homes were two Smeg under bench ovens and 2 Maxiplas rainwater tanks. Some-time between Saturday 14 May and Wednesday 18 May a shed of a home on Shepherd Avenue was broken into by forcing open a window. A number of items were stolen including three fibreglass surfboards, three fishing reels and a tool box. 12.01.2022 Hairdressing business break-in 24 May 2016 6:31am ... Police are investigating a ram raid at a Salisbury Plain business overnight. Alarms activated at the Main North Road hairdressing supplies business just after 2.30am on Tuesday 24 May. When police arrived, they found the front glass doors of the premises had been smashed, with tyre tracks inside the store. It appears a vehicle was used to ram the doors and gain entry to the business, however, it is not yet known what has been stolen. Crime scene investigators have attended the scene this morning. Police will be examining CCTV from the store and neighbouring businesses to get a description of the vehicle and offenders. 07.01.2022 Break-in at Murray Bridge 19 May 2016 6:37am ... Police are investigating a break-in at a Murray Bridge home in the early hours of this morning. Just before 3am the occupant of a Leslie Street home was confronted and threatened by a man who had entered the property through an unlocked rear door. The suspect stole a number of items including a laptop computer, a mobile telephone and some clothing. The victim’s car was also rummaged through and a torch belonging to the suspect was found nearby. No one was physically injured during the incident. The man is described as having a dark complexion, in his mid 20’s and wearing a Chicago Bulls baseball cap. 07.01.2022 Business break at Port Elliot 27 May 2016 10:39am ... Police are investigating a break at a business premises at Port Elliot. Between midday on Thursday 26 May and 5am on Friday 27 May, an unknown person has entered the shed of a business on Hill Street where two trailers were stolen along with a 1992 BMW. The trailers had registrations S430TEK and S537TEA. At 6.15am this morning, police were called to Victor Harbour Road in Mount Compass after reports a car had collided with a tree. Police discovered it was the stolen BMW and there were no people with the car. It has been forensically examined by crime scene investigators. 04.01.2022 Home owner assaulted in overnight break-in at Royal Park 08 Jun 2016 6:59am ... 5 Western Adelaide Police are searching for a man that broke into a Royal Park home overnight, stole a handbag and assaulted an occupant. Just on 2am this morning, police patrols were called to a home on Wattle Avenue, after a male suspect walked into the rear of the house via an unlocked door and stole a handbag. The occupants of the house who were awake at the time, saw the man inside their house and chased him from the premises. The male resident scuffled with the suspect on the street, wrestling the handbag back off the suspect, but in the process was punched in the face by the offender, who then ran from the scene. The male suspect is described as Caucasian, about 25-26 years-old, 180cms, large build, wearing a red top and dark coloured pants. Police patrols including a dog patrol searched the area but the suspect wasn't located. The male home owner received a small scratch to the side of his face, which didn't require medical treatment. Anyone with information on the incident or the suspect is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

01.01.2022 Intruder sought over North Adelaide break-ins 09 Jun 2016 6:52am ... Eastern Adelaide police are investigating two break-ins overnight at North Adelaide, believed to have been committed by the same offender. Just after 1.30am a resident in Gover Street North Adelaide, woke to the sound of smashing glass, and then confronted a man in their home. A rear glass door had been smashed and then jemmied open. The male suspect wearing black clothing fled with keys through a rear door. A short time later at 1.40am, a resident in Margaret Street North Adelaide, rang police after a male was confronted in there downstairs townhouse. The male suspect wearing black clothing with a large white logo on the front, had jemmied a rear door and fled with computer equipment, car keys plus personal items including a wallet and mobile phone. Eastern Adelaide patrols searched the area using a police dog patrol but the suspect wasn't located. Investigating officers believe the same suspect is responsible for both incidents. Anyone with information on either incident or anyone seen acting suspiciously in the North Adelaide area overnight is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
