23.01.2022 Good morning and happy Sunday to all! Hope you had a good week and that everyone is taking care of themselves during this crazy time! Just want to let you know I’m teaching 2 online classes per week using the app Zoom Thursday 6pm Vinyasa flow... Saturday 10 am Vinyasa flow Classes are accessible to every one!! I will post the zoom link here few days prior the class. Classes are $5 ( if you can’t pay please don’t stress and enjoy the classes anyway) I would love to see you all on the virtual mat to move and breath together! NAMASTE LOU
