03.01.2022 Woke up this morning feeling super flat and icky with a blocked nose. Change in season time is always fun haha. Made myself a cup of warm water with apple cider vinegar and honey. Apple cider vinegar is one of the best remedies to clear a stuffy nose quickly. It works as a natural decongestant that helps break up congested mucous and provide excellent relief from a blocked, stuffy nose.
