25.01.2022 The only barrier to staying in the Essence of Presence will be when the mind and attached feelings invent a story to be upset about. The procedure then once it is realised is to accept what has happened and return to that inner knowing of love, and allow the story to dispel.

25.01.2022 Any stories/judgments/labels about someone including yourself will be limiting in some way. To be entirely free, the concepts the mind creates will need to be seen through and let go.

23.01.2022 True, absolute forgiveness is frighteningly radical and perception changing, its practice will enable you to realise the love of God, and who you thought you were, the ego, to disappear without trace. Not for the faint hearted.

22.01.2022 Trying to stay in duality and only choosing the good and positive ideas and affirmations and not their opposite is an idea the ego will grasp hold of but ultimately fail because it is in duality. Seeing through this charade or illusion will enable reality, oneness and presence to arise and the true peace and love that has no opposite to remain effortlessly.

20.01.2022 If there are unwanted feelings about yourself, stories that you identify with about yourself, feeling "less than" in some way then of course you can try to massage the ego to increase your self esteem, however in just seeing that it is a story this "self" will fade away leaving only the reality of your true "Self" and no fiction to defend or protect.

06.01.2022 When you are established in presence and not listening to the next thought that arises then doing will arise in a natural manner, not through a need to find an alternative to just being here now.
