24.01.2022 UPDATE: Due to the newest restrictions in place due to the latest outbreak of covid I am not classified as an essential worker therefore I will be in lockdown with the rest of you for the next 6 days. 20.01.2022 Hi everyone, With the recent Covid-19 virus situation among us all I think its important that we all know where we stand in regards to quarantine and keeping appointments etc. For now my intention is to keep working as usual but ask if you are unwell or have travelled in the last 2 weeks that you cancel your appointment and rebook when you are in the all clear. 19.01.2022 Hi Everyone, I just wanted to get in touch as I feel the need to apologise for the messy, unpredictable business style Im running at the moment Due to covid-19 I have to be careful coming into close proximity to my clients. This means Im being super careful and tracking where I have been/who I have been around not only at work but away from it too. Unfortunately if I come into contact with someone who needs a test for covid, I must cancel and isolate until they have thei...r results in order to keep you safe. If I or any of my family are unwell I must cancel. This is usual practise but its obviously even more important and heightened at this current time. I apologise to anyone Ive had to cancel on especially last minute, But I assure you I have your best interest at heart and I feel so terrible for letting people down and not being as flexible or accommodating as I usually am with rebooking. I ask that you all please be patient with me over the next few weeks/months (how ever long corona is an issue) and please stay away if youre unwell or been in contact with someone whos unwell. 18.01.2022 Hi all, just a quick message to inform those of you with up coming appointments in the near future that my grandpa is unfortunately facing some very difficult medical conditions at the moment and we almost lost him today many of you would have heard me talk about just how special this man is to me and my entire family, so youll understand just how difficult this time is for me. 16.01.2022 Hey everyone, Just wanted to reach out and say I hope youre all staying safe in this crazy time. Remember I am available for advise on home remedies if any of you are suffering with sore muscles/injuries. Isolation can be pretty tough not just physically as our daily routines have changed we might be less or more active, sitting in different chairs etc but it can also be tough mentally. If anyone is struggling either physically or mentally/emotionally please know my phone is always on and Im more than happy to help in anyway I can. 08.01.2022 Dear clients for now I am still keeping my doors open with the restrictions of if you have been travelling in the last 2 weeks (overseas and interstate) or if you have any illness (not just flu symptoms) please cancel and rebook for when you are in the clear. From today I will only be accepting bank transfer as payment and eliminating the exchange of cash and the germs that come with it for the time being. If you havent transferred payment before I will give you my bank deta...ils at your next appointment. Please be aware that I am thinking very hard about closing my doors. I work from my parents house where my mother who is a Parkinsons suffer and has a compromised immune system lives, my sister who has asthma and my 6 month old niece also live. My daughter is only 7 months old and comes to work with me and I have my grandpa who I visit regularly still in hospital. I do not want to pass anything on to these people or anyone else. So if I decide to close up for a period time I apologise in advance. Myself being a small business owner and many of my friends in the same position are feeling the financial pressure that has come from covid-19. So if you wish to support your local little guys there are still ways to do so! Comment, like and share our pages so that when we re open we are well known, purchase gift vouchers for a later date and simply stay away if you are unwell so we dont get sick and need time off. 06.01.2022 Hey Everyone I have good news and bad news. Good news first as of Monday the 2nd of March I am back doing every Monday therefore my hours will be Mondays Tuesdays afternoons/evenings... Wednesday day and evening. Every 4th Thursday. Now for the bad news Ive had too many clients cancelling late or not showing up and not paying the fee. The conformation texts you receive state that this fee is in place. Therefore from now on regardless if you are a first time client, a regular, friend, family member or a client with a permanent booking, late cancellation and no show fees apply to you. If you do not pay the fee you wont receive further treatment until its paid in full. Clients with permanent bookings if you cancel/not show for your booking 3 times in a row your permanent position will be cancelled and offered to someone else. I hate that I have to enforce this but my business is my livelihood and I have a family to support.

01.01.2022 Dear clients, With the Covid-19 pandemic upon us I regretfully inform you all that for now I must close my doors. Unfortunately being a service that requires touch and working within close proximity to people I feel that it is no longer safe to treat people, even with precautions in place. I believe we all have to take responsibility for the safety of the vulnerable and the best way I can do this is by not allowing people into my parents home and limiting my contact with ev...eryone. This was a very difficult decision for me to make as this is my income and livelyhood and I am now left without a wage. But I also feel as though I am letting my clients down even though I am trying to protect you all. My clients with permanent bookings your appointments will stay standing once it is safe enough for me to work again. I will be selling gift vouchers with an expiry date of 12months in hope of making some income in this rough time. (They will be posted and bank transfer accepted for payment) I will be available via Facebook or the phone to give advise on how to help with any aches/pain and injuries at home if you need. I beg of you all to please self isolate as much as you possibly can, take precautions and wash your hands! Please remember your local little businesses and support them and their decisions in this difficult time. But mostly please stay safe.
