22.01.2022 Do you like it when the sun rises over the horizon and forms colours so magical that the artist within smiles? Do you like it when, like the sun, the poet within glimpses words, phrases and images and tries to create on paper that which the mind and heart sees and feels? Do you like it when, in the middle of a cafe, in the chaos of society, you feel those colours rising and welling and bubbling within and the shopping docket, the serviette, the back-of-the-envelope get...s written on, scribbled on and decorated with the depth of bubbling within? Do you like it when, amongst the mundane, there is magic, and with the eyes of a child we can see it, feel it and become it? Do you like it when, you do take the risk and your writings and words are held so softly, sacredly and honourably in another's hand and heart, and you know, just for that moment you have shared something of yourself? It is the first time I've ever let my writings be "public" as a blog on my website. 18.01.2022 A page a day.....ABOUT SAM... Hello folks! Here are 5 things you may / may not know about me.. ... Im a lover of the ocean and a self-confessed-tea-a-holic I have a cupboard full of jars with wonderful dried teas. I'm a teapot person and love the deep pauses that brewing a pot gifts. Before stepping into my healing work I was an early childhood teacher and I also ran a charity for children affected / infected with HIV/AIDS I am PASSIONATE about holding sacred space for people to have their deeper story heard thus creating space for life-changing profound healing to occur. (I truly failed the "Small-talk-course" and LOVE the depth, passion, healing and honesty that real stories give (maybe that's why I love the ocean - for it's depth!) Women's workshops and seasonal / cyclic work is something that I'm passionate about and love facilitating I am recognised for my innate ability to facilitate profound positive change in peoples lives (particularly women) as I gently create opportunities for doors to open so inner truth and personal medicine can be found and sought.
