I just cleaned my brushes and stood back to take a look. * My original intention was to paint him as he was when we first met 25 yrs ago, but I just couldn't capture him.So he morphed and I followed, finally arriving in the present. *... Undereath are complex layers of growth and experience, which reflect the truth of time and seems appropriate. I've loved working with colours that reflect a journey from dark to light, where shadow is of equal value, vibrant and cool. * It's still not finished, but tonight I'm closer and feel the face looking back at me reflects the original Soul. 17.01.2022 I've had so little soul-time lately and work-life balance can be tricky sometimes ! I have a long way to go with this painting, but at least have made a start and wanted to share a little with you here... During a recent mediation journey where a white horse carried me into the sea to meet the whales, I received a fascinating dialogue about Sound, Vibration, Sacred Geometry and Earth Healing and how the sea is now sending healing into Gaia along the ley-lines and we are the... conduits. I hear the sounds rining in my ears, see the geometry forming and the colours weaving...... * I know the Whales to be very ancient beings who sang the earth into existence and have drummed on the beach and connected with them two years ago at St.Andrews, but was surprised when they appeared as my Power Animal in the meditation. It seems it was a timely reminder and my Sirian Soul sang with them! When I have time, I will journal the writing more to share with others who may be experiencing similar triggers and are called to assist in the 5D shift. 11.01.2022 We're now entering the very different energy pattern of November, an 11 Master month and high frequency time. Our thoughts will manifest our reality quickly and efficiently, so placing our focus on heart-felt and authentic communication is essential. What do we wish to Create - look into those Windows of the Soul and ask the question. As I painted this Goddess, she most definitely held me to account and things changed rapidly and unexpectedly. * Freedom is a state of mind ... We go with our gut-feeling, even if it doesn't fit with other's opinions or causes us to let go of situations we thought were rock solid. Uranus is closest to Earth now so we're pushed to challenge everything, to re-set, throw things up in the air and see where they land! Being out of our comfort zone is what makes us evolve, as uncomfortable as this can be, stick with it. 10.01.2022 Tonight I've been reminded to always follow your intuition about what you're sensing and feeling (consciously and subconsciously) about what you're reading, listening to or watching. * Whatever you allow into your energy field affects you at a deep, cellular level. If you find your patterns of thought changing in a negative way, be alert and wary. If you experience pain in your head, confusion of thought or memory loss, be aware of external influences overlaying your thought... patterns. Miasma's can affect our etheric body and cause illness and feelings of overwhelm or despair. Recognising it is the first step to releasing it. * While this may sound like science fiction or fantasy, there is much out there in the world at the moment that is designed to ensare, decive and mislead. There seems to be a tidal wave of " energy vampires" on social media at the moment so be vigiliant and very careful where you place your focus and what you allow in. I speak from experience and a recent encounter has just reminded me that our internal "radar's" are so important. If it doesn't feel right, it probably isnt! * Fortunately, Sound Healing is a pristine way to cleanse, clear and recalibrate our energy field and restore our frequency to a harmonious level. Visualising Golden Light within and without our body, bathing in it's crystalline aura also helps us soothe the effects of psychic attack and energetic invasion. 04.01.2022 Ahhh...the energy of this FULL BLUE MOON in Taurus weekend feels so liberating! It's not just because we're emerging from an 8 month long lockdown here in Melbourne, but like the butterfly transforming from its chrysallis, our potential can now blossom. Two Full Moons in October shed extra light into dark corners of our psyche, nothing can hide and the final Eclipse Season of 2020 will be the final push for our new direction. * Energetically, it feels like we're standing a...t an immensely powerful gateway of possibility. Luna is furthest from Earth and gives a broad perspective on the last six months. The planets have been playing with our emotions too as Mars finishes his retrograde and Mercury highlights the need for clear communication during his retrograde, which ends next week ( right on the USA election!) We're still consolidating lessons of the past and peeling back layers to let go of our old patterns ( why so many of them and why does it take forever!)
