24.01.2022 The season is changing.... Over the long weekend in Melbourne I spent a lot of time outside... despite a little rain it was great to be outside. After over 100 days of crazy restrictions, missing family and friends. The season is changing....... Reflections from my walk were significant. We may have a path and a stunning view in sight yet the path can change from time to time. Rough, smooth, wet and challenging, it’s a journey. Despite the constant changes... I have mostly stayed positive. Some days were hard... I love seeing people in person. Its time to embrace the growth from this season and choose to love and be kind. Love always wins Be safe x

23.01.2022 Reflection as lockdown 4.0 eases in Melbourne. So many thoughts cross my mind, emotions of uncertainty and happiness. It’s a mixed feeling... I’m happy to see the kids to go back to school tomorrow after 2 weeks of home schooling, ... I’m happy to be able to go out and enjoy a coffee with a friend, I’m excited to work on a new book project... the story of ... The little things add up and over the years, they are the memories which makes one smile Watch this space

22.01.2022 Loving this special delivery I received today. Can’t wait to get stuck into this book The more I learn the more I understand how to communicate and serve on a greater level. Knowledge is power

20.01.2022 Stories... begin with a conversation. Over the years I have learnt the power of deep soul filling conversations. They teach me, inspire me and motivate me. Will you share your story? ... Will you be open to connecting on a deeper level? Are you living consciously? Choose to share your story with the right people and they will value your experience and respect your choices. It’s time to step out and SHINE

17.01.2022 Merry Christmas A season to love more and appreciate the special moments we can share together. Christmas felt different in many ways but it was special to me. After many months of isolation and missing people I would normally see regularly. We can finally see each other and share meals together ... Over the last few days I have enjoyed sharing meals with some of my favorite people. Bring on the next few weeks.. I can’t wait to see more of you From our home to yours, Merry Christmas. Enjoy the festive season and be safe, Samantha x

17.01.2022 That feeling... driving and exploring one of my favorite areas in Victoria post lockdown 4.0 Flinders is home to stunning beaches, rock pools and Elephant Rock. Grateful for the gorgeous winter weather, perfection and relaxing in so many ways.

14.01.2022 Reflecting back to Sunday’s gorgeous afternoon weather in Mornington. One of my favorite places to soak up the sun, enjoy a walk along the beach and grab a coffee or ice cream.

05.01.2022 We bought a Christmas Tree I have lived in Melbourne, AU for 17 years and every year I always re-used the plastic tree which was packed away. It was beautiful and fun. So many memories shared over the years... but I have always wanted a natural pine tree. ... I grew up in Sri Lanka. Every Christmas my family and I would drive to pick up a tree which was sold on the side of road. The feeling of excitement filled with an amazing smell of the pine trees were just perfect. This weekend, I decided it was time to create something I have wanted for many years. The adventure was on and we had so much fun... walking through the pine trees looking for our perfect tree. We found it, We cut it, We took it home. It felt amazing, I finally had my pine tree and that Christmas smell I always wanted.... Why did I choose this year to do this? Truth be told, this year I learnt the value of how precious time is ... if you want something, just do it. Tomorrow isn’t a guarantee & not everything needs to fit into a perfect timeline.

05.01.2022 Sunday walks in Lockdown.... Despite the cold, it’s been a gorgeous day in Melbourne.

04.01.2022 Do you have a place that you call My Happy Place? I do The beach gives me a sense of freedom, calmness and warmth no matter the season. The sounds are perfect and cool breeze creates an incredible feeling of calmness not much smell today due to wearing a mask but I’m grateful ... It’s been over 100 days since I was here, as restrictions ease in Melbourne, VIC we are now able to travel 25kms and this gorgeous location is right on 25kms from my home. It’s been a blessing in more than one way. Today’s weather was perfect as I enjoyed some ME time
