Like most things in life, nothing beats the real deal! The biggest congratulations to our vendors, Grant & Leah, for choosing me to guide them through the sale of what was their family home before moving interstate earlier last year. Selling when you’re interstate can be challenging, not physically being close by can sometimes be daunting, not to mention everything that has been happening across the world. While we could have sold the property during the hard lockdown, we were conscious of not rushing and underselling the property just for the sake of it. We waited and as soon as we could hit the ground running, staging, gardening and marketing was booked immediately with the property on the market within days.
