06.01.2022 If you experience chronic pain, then Float therapy may help you..... I experienced a 'float' yesterday and would totally recommend it for relaxation, solitude and pain relief..... "An hour alone floating in body temperature salt water in quiet darkness is something everyone should try."

01.01.2022 Sideplanking at fruit bat falls.....these falls are magnificent and so beautiful and refreshing to swim in....we went there twice...on the way up to tip and on the way back.....temperatures pretty hot up here...29 to 33 degrees....
